Why it is so hard to find a price
Most pamper party companies in these three counties do not publish their prices at all. You fill in a form, wait, and get a figure back. That is fine for them and frustrating for you, because you cannot compare anything without spending a week emailing strangers.
So here is the honest picture of the market, and then exactly what we charge.
What you will typically be quoted
At the lower end, roughly £140 to £200, you are usually looking at a shorter party, a smaller group, fewer activities, or a single therapist working quickly. At £250 to £400 you get the full spa set up, a proper two hours, a robe for each child and several activities. Above £400 you are usually paying for a longer party, a bigger group, two hosts, or something themed.
Almost everyone charges per additional child beyond a base number, usually £10 to £25 each.
What we charge
Little Hunnies, for ages 4 to 8, is £250 for Classic, £300 for Premium and £375 for Luxury. Tween Hunnies, for ages 9 to 12, is £300, £350 and £425. Every one of those covers up to eight children.
Extra guests are £10 each on Classic and Premium, £15 on Luxury, up to a maximum of fifteen children. Above eight children a second host comes along, which is what that charge pays for.
What is not an extra
Travel is included anywhere in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. There is no radius, no mileage rate and nothing added for being at the far end of a county. Set up and pack down are included. The robes, headbands, products and equipment are all included. You are not asked to buy or borrow anything.
How the money works
A 25% deposit holds your date and comes off the final bill. The balance is due seven days before the party, by bank transfer or cash. If the birthday child falls ill we will always try to move the date before anything else.
