Everything arrives in the car
The whole point of a mobile party is that you do not prepare anything. No trip to a party shop, no setting up the night before, no hunting for enough towels. It arrives, it happens, and it leaves.
What we bring
The full spa set up and décor, a foot spa for each child, face and eye masks, hair styling, nail painting, glitter tattoos, wash-off make-up, face and hair gems, lip balm making, perfume making, a spa robe and headband for every child, sparkling pink lemonade, and depending on the package a polaroid photoshoot and themed gift bags.
What happens during the two hours
The girls change into their robes, then move through the activities in small groups so nobody is waiting around. Most of the pampering they do themselves with us helping, which is deliberate: it is more fun, and it keeps the afternoon firmly in the territory of playing rather than being treated.
What you provide
A room the girls can spread out in, ideally around 16ft by 16ft. Chairs or a sofa for the foot spas. Plug sockets, access to water, and a window that can be opened. If there is no floor space to work on, we bring our own fold-out low tables.
And afterwards
We pack it all down and leave the room as we found it. That includes the glitter.
